Atwell is pleased to welcome Nikunj N. Dave, P.E., PMP, as Technical Director – Transportation Services, based in Orlando, Florida. At Atwell, he will help provide transportation planning services, traffic studies, and operational analysis across the region.
Nikunj brings more than 18 years of experience in transportation engineering, with expertise spanning roadway design, traffic engineering, maintenance of traffic, and large-scale public infrastructure projects. His background includes work on freeways, interstates, toll roads, arterial highways, and municipal streets across Florida and the Mid-Atlantic region.
Prior to joining Atwell, Nikunj served in senior leadership and project management roles with engineering firms and public agencies, including managing General Engineering Consultant contracts, overseeing multidisciplinary teams, and supporting capital improvement programs. He has extensive experience with design-bid-build and design-build delivery, post-design services, and coordination with state and local agencies, including FDOT and municipal jurisdictions
